Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

Consumer (individual) customers generally have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason.

IMPORTANT: Zep AutoSEO is a digital service. If you expressly request that the service begin before the 14-day period ends (e.g. by starting to use it — generating/publishing your first article), your right to cancel is lost to the extent the service has been performed, as permitted by law.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your panel in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; the Service stays active until then.

No charge is taken for the next period after cancellation; auto-renewal stops.

3. Refunds

Where the right to cancel applies and the service has not been substantially performed, the amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within the statutory period (no later than 14 days).

For mid-period cancellations, no partial refund is given for a period already performed/used; the subscription remains usable until the period ends.

4. Additional Site Fees

Fees for additional websites purchased beyond your plan follow the same cancellation/refund principles; once an additional-site service has begun, no refund is given for that period.
