Terms of Service

1. The Service

Zep AutoSEO generates AI-assisted SEO blog content for your business website, builds a content calendar and (once connected) publishes content to your site. The scope depends on your chosen plan.

2. Account & Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You may use the Service only for websites you are lawfully authorised to manage.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

Fees are in EUR and charged through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your panel in one click; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Each additional website you add up to your plan’s maximum is billed separately (€54.99/mo per site monthly; €577.40/yr per site annually — promotional). Prices may change with prior notice and won’t affect your current period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful content or content that violates third-party rights. You are responsible for publishing and for the accuracy of the content you generate.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You own the usage rights to the content generated for you and published to your site through the Service.

All intellectual property in the Service itself — software, platform, interface, models and brand — remains with the Company.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, fal.ai, Stripe, WordPress) for content/image generation, payments and publishing. We are not liable for outages or policies of those providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant period in which the claim arose. SEO outcomes (rankings/traffic) are not guaranteed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes.
